CCP Field Services Division's mandate is to facilitate the continual training, equipping and empowering of all users of Caribbean Bible Lessons.
Consequently, CCP's training is designed to help orientate teachers to:
i) CCP’s CBL learner and teacher guides and resources
ii) the characteristics of the various age groups
iii) effective teaching methods
iv) how to prepare, present and apply the lessons effectively,
v) and how to effectively organize Sunday schools for growth.

Training Zones:
Training Conferences will be conducted 4 times each year at four centres across the island.
Zone 1: Hanover, St. James, Trelawny - Centre: Montego Bay
Zone 2: Westmoreland, St. Elizabeth, Manchester, Clarendon - Centre: Mandeville
Zone 3: St. Ann, St. Mary, Portland - Centre: Ocho Rios
Zone 4: St. Catherine, Kingston and St. Andrew, St . Thomas - Centre: Kingston

- Teachers of Beginners (age 3-6)
- Teachers of Younger and Older Children (age 7-12)
- Teachers of Youths (age 13-18)
- Teachers of Adults (age 19 and over)
- Superintendents/Directors
